Emma’s experience includes handling complex commercial disputes and regulatory matters, matrimonial disputes, contentious and non-contentious business valuations, fraud and misconduct investigations and business interruption claims. She has acted as both party and single joint expert in a variety of matters.
Background
Having undertaken a law degree at university, Emma became an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant undertaking accounts and audits before moving to forensic. She has over twenty years of experience including “Big 4” accounting firms, smaller accounting practices and industry, acting for UK and international law firms, corporates, and individuals. Emma is a Director and Vice-Chair of the North West Fraud Forum and sits on the Central Advisory Committee of the ICAEW Forensic & Expert Witness Community.
Hobbies
Emma’s hobbies include spending time with family and dog and trips away with her partner in their campervan.
