Due to the high performance and growth within a variety of departments across the business. We have welcomed four new recruits to take the business from strength to strength.
From left to right we have; Callum Brown joining as Trainee Accountant. Callum has joined immediately after studying Business, Accounting and Maths at A Level.
Next, we have Hannah Stewart, who is also joining the accountancy team as a Trainee Accountant. Hannah has completed her AAT and due to start her ACA studies.
Stephanie Parkinson is joining the team as our Office Manager, having previously worked for a smaller accountancy practice for 7 years as their Office Manager.
Finally, on the right, we have Sharon Eccles, who will be joining Pierce as a Personal Assistant to the Directors. Sharon has previously worked at a local firm of Solicitors so has vast experience in the professional sector.
The new members of the team will allow us to enhance the quality of service we provide clients, expand well-performing teams and allow us to focus on succession planning of individuals within the business.
Due to the demand for our services and the success of the company, bringing on board new team members will help aid a better work-life balance within the company and further aid employee retention as the business continues to grow.
