Pierce welcomes four new faces to their team
Due to the high performance and growth within a variety of departments across the business. We have welcomed four new recruits to take the business from strength to strength.
From left to right we have; Michelle Kay joining as Payroll advisor and will be providing the first point of contact for payroll clients. Michelle has had a varied career and experience within accountancy, payroll and even teaching.
Next, we have Ben Posthuma de Boer, who is joining the accountancy team as a Client Manager. Having chosen to study accountancy straight from school, Ben qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2004.
Hafizur Rahman is joining the team as an advisory accountant, with a first-class degree in Accounting and finance. Hafizur completed his professional exams and became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2019.
Finally, on the right, we have Aimee Gilmore, who will be joining Pierce as an Online services advisor. Assisting clients with their accounting software, preparing accounts and VAT returns. Aimee previously worked at another firm of accountants in Rochdale and has very nearly completed her AAT Level 4.
From payrolls, pensions, furlough claims, audits, and advisory services the four new members have an impressive background of experience across a variety of departments and industries.
The new members of the team will allow us to enhance the quality of service we provide clients, expand well-performing teams and allow us to focus on succession planning of individuals within the business.
Due to the demand for our services and the success of the company, bringing on board new team members will help aid a better work-life balance within the company and further aid employee retention as the business continues to grow.
